PLEASE do not order any furniture from this online site. They put you in a binding contract & then fail to deliver as promised. I ordered an item back on May 1st and over 150 days latter STILL no item, but they did offer a refund. Too little too late but I just hope I get a refund. I'm not so sure i will but if I do not get a refund i will post about it!

Any company that sells merchandise on line needs a customer service team that can get answers and report back to you in a timely manner. NC Furniture does not know the first thing about customer service. Perhaps the company itself does not know what is going on and does not have a system to know when the manufacturers they work with intend to deliver customer orders.

After waiting well over 3 months for my furniture and calling numerous times to find out where it was, I finally cancelled my order. I am now waiting for my refund. It is 2 weeks now and I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to assist me in getting the refund I am owed. They were very quick to charge the cost of the furniture to my credit card immediately but I have not seen the refunded amount yet.

DON'T LET THE DISCOUNTED PRICE DRAW YOU IN, IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSEL.

You might save a few bucks but the customer service is extremely lacking. Poor to no communication. Will not return phone calls or e-mails. They don't call back when they say they will. Sales rep gave one delivery time, ran my card to pay and THEN sent a form to sign with fine print with a much longer delivery time. When I complained they actually delayed delivery time even further. Wanted our new furniture so my husband could relax in more comfort while recovering from major surgery and he was recovered and back to work WEEKS before furniture arrived.
