One Medical, in Greensboro, NC on Battleground Avenue is THE clinic for me. I have been going there for almost 2 years. Everyone there are professionals and treat you with respect. I've NEVER had to wait long to be seen by a physician.

I can ALWAYS count on Bernice Scales, a Health Coach Professional there at One Medical. From the "git go", this young lady has gone above and beyond her duties to assist me. Today, I was confused about the process of getting transportation to a physical therapy appointment. She took the time to explain to me in detail what to expect. As an elder (80), sometimes individuals do not have the patience to take time with us, but Bernice is not one of those people. She listens to your concerns and assists you to the best of her ability. If she doesn't know the answer, she will contact your provider and IMMEDIATELY get back to you with the answer. I've already told her that IF she leaves One Medical, I WILL follow her. I can't stress enough how much she's helped me during the times that I've gone to One Medical.
