I have been pretty happy with my apartment, but then again, have had no major issues. I have called PPM twice when the site manager did not effectively handle my issue, and neither time was my call returned, which is disappointing at best. The issues were eventually taken care of, but I wish the site manager did not defensively tell me something wasn't her job. I didn't assume it was her job, but I thought as site manager she, you know, managed the site. The maintenance man is very good, and conscientious about his job, which makes up for the site manager's attitude and/or inability to understand her job duties. Overall, I have been happy here though.

Been living in their apartments for about a year and a half now. The rent has risen twice in that amount of time. These people will base your rent on your income, and then inflate it to for their liking. As a result, these people will milk you for every free nickel and dime they can get from you.

They don't care if you end up with with no money and barely able to afford bills/food the end of your paycheck, because for these people, it's all about finding that sweet spot where people will raise hell about the rent but still pay it.

Oh, these people also work with internet companies to set up strict monopolies in their complexes so that tenants are forced to be funneled into a high price plan if they want internet. Thanks for the apartment manager who was nice enough to let me know this.

The worst company to rent from. They get your money and then its downhill from there. their goal is to save money at all cost. Therefore if you have a mainteanance emergency you are on a wing and a prayer. Dont even think about calling home office. All you will get is some smart mouth, slap stick who will scoot around any issues you may have. Mark my words you dont want to rent from half doers. In my case I decided to obtain an attorney. If you rent from these people you better be prepared to have an attorney. Run its.not worth it!!!!!!

I cannot account for other reviews of this business, but am surprised to see the obvious low esteem held by the writers and sorry to hear that their experiences have been poor. To date my experience has been one of absolutely excellent customer service. The Regional Property Manager has the expertise and professionalism that would be exhibited by an "owner" of property that truly understands the needs and wants of the customer, property and community. It is with thanks that I feel the overall rating should be so high and I do not do so lightly (exaggeration is not my strong suit).

Bad Management

Landlords of these properties are not bad news. They do not know how to do paperwork and caused my family to be homeless. Stay away from this company.

Their apartments are nothing short of a DUMP... something broke... they dont fix it! It doesnt matter! They are too cheap to buy a new toilet seat much less fix my commode that is constantly running! Also.. that guy Derrick.... worthless!!!
