I had a grey supply line pinhole leak hidden inside the outer wall behind the kitchen sink. The water was seeping under everything (lucky I had slab floors!) and ruining the luan subfloor. I made an appointment and the serviceman arrived promptly, measured, cut & removed the siding and replaced the pipe at the junctions until my adjuster could come by to inspect the damage. He also advised me on a remediation contractor which PPS works with.

I had a leaking hot water line to kitchen sink, it took 20 mins to replace. $125 pretty pricy. But the guy showed up 20 minutes after I contacted them. I have had worse luck with other companies.

Got very prompt service for a corroded and leaking kitchen sink drain pipe. Steve came out quickly, was up front about the costs, and completed the job quickly considering he had to go through the cabinet floor and the finished ceiling downstairs. Selected Piedmont based on the other reviews on here, and they lived up to those reviews.

Good Service! Had an emergency water leak that had to be fixed so I called this company. A guy was sent promptly and told me what needed to be done. They were professional and had the problem fixed quickly. Overall good experience.

one of the plumbers just spent 15 minutes on the phone with me coaching me through the process of relighting the pilot light to my water heater so that he wouldn't have to charge me for a visit. what a help!

Stephen and Leonard came today to fix a water leak. They also had to fix another leak immediately after fixing the first. We were very pleased with their courtesy, professionalism, and personalities. They were both very welcoming, down to earth, and funny too! We WILL recommend this company to anyone with plumbing needs. THANKS AGAIN GUYS!

I was impressed with their timeliness, attitude and work performed but dissappointed in the price. 25 minutes of work turned into a $200+ bill! I felt that since I am a single woman and first time homeowner i was taken advantage of and although I was told if I write a review I would get a discount on my next service call I will not be using them again! This has left a bad taste in my mouth and would suggest checking prices before having them come out!

We called Piedmont Plumbing to install well pump and they came out the very next morning. The overall price was unbelieveably better than my neighbor who had same problem a few months ago.

I have used Piedmont Plumbing for our plumbing needs for years now. Most recently was an electric water heater replacement. As usual, the price was fair for the work and installed in a clean and timely manner. If you need a good plumbing company, go with Piedmont.

My hot water heater went out this morning and I called Piedmont Plumbing and within 3 hours they were out to my house and had the water heater replaced and completed and Steven did a fantastic job and was very personable. I would definitely call them again in the future.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Piedmont Plumbing Service! I recently had a leak under my kitchen sink and needed a plumber to fix it quickly, Piedmont Plumbing did just that. I am always a little hesitant about bringing someone into my home due to the fact that I have young children but I felt so comfortable with the plumber that was sent to fix my sink. He was professional and did a great job. I will definitely use them again!

Two days before we were scheduled to leave on vacation, I had an issue with a toliet in my home. I needed someone to check out the problem before we left. I called many plumbers only to get their voice mail or no answer. I found Piedmont Plumbing online and called. A "live" person answered and she said she could schedule someone for the next day. A few hours later, I got a call from the repair man, Steve, who said he could come out on the same day. Within 5 hours, my problem was solved! Steve, was a great technician and very professional. I was recommend these guys for any service.

I used this company to install a tankless gas water heater, connect my gas stove, hook up all plumbing for my kitchen remodel, installed a jet spray shower, and to fix a leak in my ceiling. They were there when they told me they would be. They did a great job and were very professional. They explained to me how everything worked. This company did not try to cheat me on the price and were much lower than all the other estimates I recieved. I highly recommened this company to anyone.
