I called to ask if they provided sns services which is a more natural way to do nails without harsh chemicals. A lady answered and hung up. I called back and there was no answer. That is really unprofessional.

There may be a wait sometimes but its so worth the trouble. They provide awesome service and I would prefer to wait or come back than go anywhere else. I've been going to Q Nails for about 3 years now. I wish the owner would clone herself.

Q Nail Salon lacks customer service and honor. After driving 30 min. to this salon, my daughter and I were told to return in one hour. The owner, who seems to be the only employee, did not want us to wait in the establishment. We left, drove to a nearby mall, and returned in exactly one hour. The owner/employee was in the middle of doing a pedicure and did not honor her reserved time for us. After explaining to her about the time and gas wasted, she nonchalantly said, "Sorry" & continued with the pedicure. I will never return there and I will make sure that everyone I come into contact with is aware of their lack of customer service and honor.
