There used tires are always in excellent condition and that is where I get all my tires once I buy a new car they have new car then I put on used tires and they are at 10

Provided by YPmobileI've gone before years ago and had decent service. I recently went about 3 weeks ago to get one tire replaced (used of course) on one of my older cars so I could later drive it to my new home 2 hours away. I was told 30 dollars over the phone then charged 35$ when I got there. No biggie...I let that slide. I then dropped that car off a few miles away in my parents driveway since it's not my main vehicle to plan the multiple car drive to my new home. When I retuned to Greensboro 3 weeks later to get it the tire was flat and dry and peeling. So I gave them a call and told them my spiel. I was told 3 weeks was to long of a time to issue a warranty and that I probably drove over something. As I tried to explain that the vehicle has been sitting/not driven I was hung up on. I then took the car back to them so he could see what the tire looked like. Upon arrival I showed him myfresh uncrumpled receipt. He pulled the car in took the tire off and showed me a whole he found (just a whole no nail). I told him if you found a whole then you all sold it to me that way. His exact words were "I can't say if we did or didn't" I also pointed out the peeling areas on the tire. He said "thats from driving to close to the curb". Yet it sat in my parents driveway. His solution was to patch the whole he "found" for free because he claimed he didnt have a tire in that particular size. The tire was supposedly patched on a Monday...my parents called me the following Tuesday night saying that it's flat. So I assume the guy did nothing at all and decided to humor me by going through the motions. So now I'm out 35 dollars,a tire and time. The one that was replaced seemed to be in far better shape than the piece of crap they sold me. I don't recommend going to these people. The lack of respect for the people that pay to keep their service up and running is beyond me. I'm a firm believer in KARMA.

Provided by YP.comThe gentleman who assisted me was very courteous and professional. I went to have my front 2 tires replaced, for $65.00. The service was so quick, I didn't even have a chance to get situated to read an article. I was so impressed that I immediately called my partner and told him about Reed Tires. I ended up taking my partner's car, which I thought needed 4 tires and was told when I arrived that I only needed 2. They could have ended up making an extra $80 if they had replaced all 4 tires. Honesty, courtesy, and customer service won me and my partner over. I will continue to go to Reed Tires for my tire needs and will recommend them to everyone!

Provided by YP.comThe service was great and had been in the past. I had bought several sets of tires for my car and my husband's car. But however when it came down to it they were dishonest. I paid $75.00 for two front tires on 11/3/2012 and a week before Christmas I went to check the air in my tires because one was low and the seem around the lettering was busted out. Both the tires were dry rotted... I could not find my invoice and they would not replace or refund the money. I have three small children and I was putting them in danger with the tires the way they were. I took my car to Hall Tire and bought new tires they scraped the old tires because they were in fact dry rotted. Now its 1/16/2013 and I found my invoice. Called them and they remember me calling and having the car brought to them to look at the tires. They will not honor the invoice because I no longer have the tires most likely to resell them to some other unsuspecting person. The comment was made on the phone to me that the tires weren't that bad! LOL They should not have been dry rotted at all.
