Provided by YPmobileMy 19 month old and I were shopping yesterday for my older daughters and came in the store. When I initially walked in the store there was only one other gentleman and he was checking out. The woman never acknowledged me, when I walked in, never asked if I needed any help, after the man left. I shopped around and found 6 pair of shoes I needed the mate to. After waiting about 15 minutes, I went up to her and asked when she had a moment of she could get me the mates to the shoes I had, she nonchalantly said she was busy doing something and would be with me in a minute. So I sat back down and waited a few more moments. Meanwhile, another man walked in and immediately she ran up to him asking him if he needed anything to let her know. At this time my baby started become a little fussy so I looked over in the direction she was in and realized she was helping the man that had come in after me. At this point, I had been there for almost 30 minutes. So I gathered my belongings and proceeded to leave the store. I will NEVER shop there again! A woman who is so desperate for a man's attention who will let that desperation affect her job is nowhere I'd like to shop. On a lighter note, I eventually made my way to another shoe dept in the four seasons mall and the people there were really polite and showed wonderful customer service. But as for shoe dept elmsley, I will advise everyone I know that if they want to find a woman, that'll be a great place to go, but in regard to receiving customer service for shoes, not a great place to go.
