This company has terrible customer service, they will not fix your problems and they will not call you back. I purchased a water system over a year ago and still doesn't work right,I'm still getting grit from my well so bad that it stops my kitchen and bathroom facuets up. My white cloths are still turning yellow from the iron and sulfer in my water. Southern water purification guaranteed me this water system would fix my problem and it hasn't. I've called them to come look at the system and was told the same thing each time, to give the system about 2 months to clean out my water lines, well it's been over a year and I'm still have the same problem I had before it was installed. The last time the service tech came out to check the system I was told that I didn't have the right system installed for my water problems, that I needed more equipment.So basically after the $4800.00 system that I was sold it turns out that I was sold the wrong system. I've called this company time after time and left messages and they will not return my call.
