Easily the best experience I have ever had with a quick lube. Great customer service, low prices, friendly atmosphere. Tater-bugs takes pride in the details. From making sure I am educated about my oil, the reasons other fluids are important, tread level on my tires, etc. The lube techs aren't pushy salesmen, and actually take their time to make it make sense. I will never take my car to another service shop as long as there is a tater-bugs around. Oh yea......their detailed car wash is not only the best, but the most fairly priced. Tater bugs does everything right!

my first visit last Thursday great fast friendly service and no pressure to buy additional products and didn't leave feeling like my car was going to fall apart as I have experienced at other oil change facilities definitely will keep using these guys

Excellent service! They were very polite, patient, and caring as I had my small baby in tow. They were quick too. I was only there for 10 minutes for an inspection.

Unbelievably GREAT service. They greeted me at my car and asked what I needed (NC inspection). I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Clean waiting room, free coffee, incredibly courteous staff. My husband and I will definitely be going back. They also so oil changes, tuneups, and other repairs. They've just made a new very faithful customer.

You have got to go by there. Today was the best customer service experience I have had since moving to NC two years ago period. From resturants to retail, grocery stores even auto repair shops, this one is the best. I went in for a car inspection. Never before have I been met in the parking lot before I could turn my car off with mam how can we help you today? I was also escorted to a very clean waiting area. I was not bombarded with add ons. I only needed a bulb with installation for a whopping six dollars and change. I was floored. The last guy wanted to charge me thirty six bucks for a bulb and installation. I will tell everyone if given the chance this is the place to check first for your car needs.

The absolute best place for an oil change. You can stay in the car. It is literally 10 minutes or less and a very clean store. The customer serivce is terrific! Will be going back! Keep up the good work!
