Terry Lowdermilk's talents are showcased in design projects across the country. Many clients have involved him on multiple projects, as they transition to different places and phases of life. Whether building from the ground up, designing a complete home renovation or redesigning a room, Terry's comprehensive creative skills are available for every step. Although a lifelong resident of Greensboro, North Carolina, Terry has been creating beautiful and functional spaces for his clients here, and throughout the country, for more than 30 years. Working with Terry Lowdermilk Interiors means you work directly with Terry, not another designer in the firm, with his name attached. The scope of his services encompasses many aspects of design from the initial planning, to the final placing of accessories and artwork. Working with architects and contractors are important to ensure the end results are as planned. Creating custom cabinetry, woodwork, lighting plans and furniture are evident in many of his client’s homes, along with custom stone, concrete and metal fabrications. Utilizing existing furnishings are always considered, as well as selecting new and antique pieces where needed. The details in the finishes are also important, as Terry makes selections for walls, cabinetry, furniture, lighting, and all fabric treatments. Tapping an extensive library of fabrics, trims, and wall coverings, allows him to complete his designs. Visualizing and choosing all aspects of home design can be overwhelming but Terry enjoys guiding his clients through every process with great care and patience with details. Terry’s vast experience and attention to these details means your design project is handled in a very professional manner as well as making the entire experience an enjoyable one. Terry approaches each project with a commitment to learn each client’s needs, tastes, expectations and many other factors that are in the project's best interest.
