Stay away we spend a lot of money here and ended up with the wrong mattress and they refuse to do anything about it. They do not live up to the guarantees that they advertise.

Our visit at the Bed Gallery

My son and I went out to find a twin size pillow top mattress to replace his starter mattress. We stopped at one other competitor before coming to this one. I am glad too, because the quaity of service and inventory exceeded that of the previous outlet we had previously visited.

The saleman was involved with an elderly couple at the time we arrived. He greeted us and politely assured me that he would be glad to help us once he was able to. We strolled around the showroom with ease of access.

We found what we wanted right away. After the salesman completed his engagement with his previous customers, he accorded us with great care and service. He explained the details of the mattress, and did not invoke any pressure tactics (unlike the previous extortionist we had visited before).

The very next day, we bough the mattress and it was delivered as we pulled up to our home.

We did not buy the most expensive mattress but we were still treated as if we did.

Thank you for the experience. I will let all my friends know where to come when they need a new mattress.
