I have never written a review prior to this; however, the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE exhibited by Triple 777 Hauling this weekend has compelled me to do so.

I had spent over a week searching for companies to help me with my move to a new apartment that would fit my limited budget. When Mr. Jackson responded to my request for a quote, I wondered "what was the catch?" Just to be on the safe side, I then sent him photos of my furniture and a list of various other items I needed moved (which included heavy, very fragile glass; still his quote stayed the same.

I must add that the communication prior to my move was extraordinary; especially when I had to reschedule my move for a day later at the last minute; Mr. Jackson accommodated me without hesitation.

In this day and age when customer service has taken a back seat, I found their professionalism and friendliness surprising and refreshing. My furniture was taken out and placed in my new home exactly where I requested with great care.

I cannot be more grateful for Mr. Jackson and his team. They were able to make what was a very stressful time for me a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Triple 777 Hauling and will continue to do so with anyone who might need their services.
