They have extremely bad customer service. They tell you what you want to hear so you can purchase their products than when it comes time for delivery they keep postponing the dates and have a bad attitude . They don't assemble anything they just drop the furniture off unprofessionally than leave. They charge for everything that is suppose to be free. When you ask for a refund they charge 45% for restocking fee which is ridiculous then they charge for pick up, so they scam you for 50% of what u paid. Never again
