Unique Collating and Bindery Services began operations in 1990 with three employees and little equipment. The company provides binding, stitching, folding, shrink-wrapping and collating services to many markets in Greensboro, N.C. It has grown into one of the leading bindery operations with more than 30 full-time employees and a 24,000-square-foot facility. In 1997, Carson-Dellosa Publishing Company purchased Unique Collating. It operates a Muller Martini Tigra Perfect Binder. Its binder has 16 pockets plus a hand drop station and a cover feeder. The company s saddle stitching capabilities range from 4x6-inch page sizes to as big as 11x16 inches. Unique Collating and Bindery Services also operates four-page, eight-page and 16-page folding units.
