The woman who did my hair did a half-decent job. I had told her not to wax my eyebrows too thin, and she waxed my brows off until there were only tiny bits left. I told her I was a little upset about it, to which she said "I'm a professional." There's still wax on my head, which my now uneven bangs are sticking to. And the cherry on top of all this BS: When I asked if they could give me a list of their prices (since for some reason my bill for a cut and brows was $62.00 when it would be $25 anywhere else) they couldn't give me any specifics. Apparently the prices are determined by the stylist at the time of the cut and they have the right to change the prices at any point. Careful if you go in there with a set price in mind, because they WILL change them. What should have been a $15-17 cut, like we agreed on, (without shampooing or styling of any kind) turned into a $30 lifeless mess of chopped and butchered bangs. So, if I could give this crappy place ANY rating, it would probably be about -10 stars.
