I have always been on time with my payments. Just like clockwork I was in every Friday to make my payment. I went without a paycheck this week & explained I could pay both payments next Friday & they literally will not work with you. I get it they have a job to do but for someone who has always been on time & have paid thousands of dollars for my car you would think they would work with me for ONE payment. Instead they blow my phone up along with all my references acting like I'm breaking the law. They have been nothing but rude to me threatening to take the car. I'm really disappointed in the professionalism. Sad.
