I attempted to become a new patient. Kim the office mgr called to confirm my appt time & moved the time up 15min from the time I was originally given. I began to state I would try to be there when she interrupted me & began screaming that I couldn't just show up whenever I want... there are other patients scheduled... and hung up on me. I called back to try to confirm my time. When I told her I didnt appreciate being spoken to that way and she said " Oh you dont like the way I am talking to you ?! Pardon me - just shoot me" and hung up on me a 2nd time. I called again to then speak to Dr. Leibu - Kim answered by screaming that I was harassing her and that I have been removed from the schedule- do not come in. I have never encounterd such a rude, unprofessional, antagonistic person before. Her behaviour, tone and manner is uncalled for. I have heard good things about Dr. Leibu herself but I will NOT subject myself to that kind of treatment.
