I have lived here since this past June. It’s relatively quiet, I get along with my neighbors and when I have to place a work order to have something fixed in my apartment, it’s fixed one or two days after I place the work order. We have inspections every so often, which doesn’t bother me too much because I keep my home nice and clean. Recently our windows and kitchen lights were replaced in the apartments and the men that had done the work did an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves. The sidewalks and parking lots are kept relatively clean when it snows, which is really nice because it was the complete opposite where I used to live.

I've lived here for 2 1/2 years waiting for another low income apt. to open up elsewhere. I've seen many come and go. Regular maintenance is never done even if reported many times by many individuals. An example: There has been a clothes dryer that has been in the laundry room that wasn't working when I moved in, still not replaced, and I was told it has not worked for years.

Cold showers are normal. Most of us have bedroom closet doors made of old vinyl slats that broke years ago and are duct-taped. I cannot even close mine. My living room heater has making tape to connect it to the vent into the bedroom.



So, in all considerations, please go somewhere else.
