Very disappointed! My friend lived here and was going to put me and my fiancés name on her lease so we would have a place to stay and she wouldn’t get into any trouble because she was moving into her boyfriends house and didn’t want to pay the fee to cancel the lease all together. So Me and my fiancé go down to the office. They do a back ground check and because we have TWO misdemeanors/citations from this year, the manager said we couldn’t be on the lease and now, none of us can live here. Getting kicked out right before the holidays even though we pay rent and can afford to live here! Merry Christmas I guess??
Also cops are here constantly, if you wanna see a lot of meth and crack heads you should go all the way to the back where building I and H is. Cops are outside Building G and there’s always parties, loud music and heroin overdoses. So i guess if you have 2 citations on a back ground check that are from this year, work 40+ hours a week plus a part time job, pay your bills and have a little family and your head on straight you can’t live here. Only drug addict junkies who have cops everywhere constantly are allowed here!
Also maintenance is very uninvolved. I only had hot water for 10 min a day and when I asked for someone to come up and fix it, they said they weren’t sure why it’s like that and left.

i have to say that i love living here. i have for over 5 years. sure there are some problems but that is everywhere. for the most part it is really quiet. neighbors keep to themselves. the maint folks are so nice and helpful. the office staff has always been good to me and really care. love the pool and the location for shopping
