I took my sons here for years never any problem untill last week. My 12 year old just had his teeth cleaned and they dug in to his gums so bad that his mouth hurt days later. He couldnt eat, talk or even close his mouth right for 4 day after. The woman who did it was extremely rude. This went on almost the whole visit untill i could no longer take it and i got rude back. I will no longer be taking my kids here.

Went in for my 2:15 appointment signed in at 1:50 sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes went to the counter to be told the dentist had a appointment and I needed to reschedule. Only to find.out some one crossed me off the list but never called me back. Wasted my day and.didn't care.

I have lived all over the country because we were in the army for 20 years and never had this bad of an experience anywhere.They were rude , obnoxious ,tried to give me a medicine I was allergic to and were incompetent.
