I recently and by recently i mean today 10 -31-2014 of going there to purchase my tobacco and tubes like all of you i enjoy saving money so i`ve been rolling my own cigarettes for the past 7 years. I never will reccommend this store to anyone unless you really like very very stale tobacco. I called the store and this was their response. The cashier who answered the phone informed that i wasn`t the only one to complain . I was informed that there was a note in the back of all the complaints, they didn`t bother to send the stale products back , I wasn`t asked to bring back my stale tobacco or even offered a refund ,this is apparrently how they do businessand as today i will tell everyone i know not to buy their products and if this company has a problem they can contact me at my e mail [email protected] i will never buy another thing from this place again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Puff n Snuff has over charged us and has refused t o return money. The tag on the counter was $28.50 and we were charged 32.49. The clerk should have know the customer is right when the evidence is right in front of her face. So anyone who shops here beware they over charging and this is false advertising.
