Provided by YP.comPrompt service, pleasant personnel, BUT- do not take your care here for service if you want to pay a fair price. I took my car in for an engine light issue. The diagnostics was $90 which I understand to be the going rate. Labor charge is $90 per hour, with the diagnostics rate removed if there is a repair. My car was in shop less than one hour, I was charged $185. for a $40 dollar part and installation. Seriously overcharged by roughly $40. When I questioned this, they basically said that is what they charge. I will never go back to them, and encourage others go elsewhere.

Provided by YP.comWalked in to the VW service department, asked a question and the "btch" starts laughing at me, ok great f-ing service there. I will never buy a new or used car or get my car serviced there if they continue to let this stupid, rude, "btch" work there.
I do apologize for your experience; clearly we do not condone that sort of behavior. The individual in question is no longer an employee of the company. I firmly believe that you would have a dramatically different experience not only within the service department but with any of our staff members. Again, I apologize and hope you give us the opportunity to regain your business.
