Unlivable apartment.



If you move into Noble Vista apartments, expect the living conditions of a retirement home.



As a young professional the living situations were intolerable. I could not entertain guests or even have family visit from out of town at any hour of the day without getting complaints.



The landlord is VERY rude and condescending toward tenants. As soon as I moved in I received noise complaints for watching TV at too loud of a volume. As a working professional I was asked not to use an alarm clock since it wakes up the elderly tenant below me. I had complaints as ridiculous as walking too heavily.



I received calls interrupting me at work from the rental receptionist on more than one occasion. The landlord's wife would state that it was acceptable to listen to music or watch TV and then I would receive a written complaint that it was unacceptable from the landlord. VERY poor communication. I wasted money on an attorney to rectify the situation.



I had problems receiving mail to the address, maintenance was slow/ poor, and I had a generally terrible experience. It's a backwards rental community with lousy management. I'd recommend about anything over renting from one of Stewart Rentals properties.
