Provided by YPmobileDo not shop here. If there was an option for no stars that's what I would rate this establishment. I purchased a Smith and Wesson pocket knife from them almost 3 weeks ago. When I got to my truck I opened the knife and tried to close it and it wouldn't close. The next day I brought it back to the store and told me the employee what happened. Showed her the defective product and asked to exchange it. In a very rude manner, she told me returns were against their policy and gave me a piece of paper with Smith and Wesson phone number and told me there was nothing they could do, again in a very rude manner. I asked to speak to a manager, they informed me he wasn't around and told me to come back the following Thursday. I came back and the owner still wasn't around and was given the same solution (deal with Smith and Wesson). I paid $70 for this knife and just wanted to exchange it. Every employee I encountered was extremely rude and unprofessional. I mentioned that I was a disabled combat veteran and just wanted what I paid for. Their exact words were "We really don't care who or what you are". And that returns, regardless the situation are against policy. I asked if selling defective products were within policy, they hung up. After 4 visits to their store and 2 phone calls I'm still stuck with a broken $70 knife. Thanks Tobacco village, horrible staff, horrible business, horrible customer service.
