So disappointed with the customer service. The woman that waited on me in the store was completely rude when I asked for a package that I had to be within the facility. She told me to just be patient and to wait for the package. I should be able to have my mail as it seems like the facility takes its time with sorting and getting the mail to any house, let alone the right house. I have received multiple pieces of mail for other homes on my road. Almost every day I receive mail for a different address. Worst business!

our mail person puts mail that is not ours in any body mail box ,they took one magazine never delivery it the magazine replace in bag never got that one either think put some one else box. they kept it.there 3 package never got.and one even take ink pen run down front cover of my magazine it about 6 times it not accident when keep doing it .what is purser of that please just stop i just do not understand .our boxes our lock ones no body else be doing it

My only complaint is mail delivery. Mail is put in the wrong mailbox, or left on porches not put in the mailbox, on my street. My neighbors and I put our names and address on our mailbox in large print, but the mail carrier still put mail in the wrong boxes. My street is W 3rd St, Greensburg, will you please speak w/the carrier in this area to be careful to put the mail in the correct mailbox. Thank you.

Kindly asked the woman that answered the phone if she could call the postman that runs my route to check if he has been here already as I am missing my disability check. She crudely responded by telling me that if she did that for everyone that called in.,...blah blah blah. Incredibly rude, but as we all know - incredibly well paid!! So if you are disabled and in need, for sure don't look to THAT government office for help. Of course, that would also include the healthy, wealthy, and wise folks too!

The phone line ALWAYS has a busy tone. In the 21st century can they really not get a proper answering machine? I wouldn't doubt they just keep the phone off the hook so no one can call during office hours. Either that, or people literally call the post office every single second of every hour they are open; therefore, flooding all available channels.

I cannot honestly say how well the inside of the Greensburg post office operates, but I can tell you that the mail delivery each way is up to 2 days slower than Erie, PA.

I live in a three story apartment building with the slim mail boxes located in the stairwells near the unsecured outside doors. We've had many different mailmen over the years and most leave our packages and MAIL ORDER DRUGS lying on the floor below the mail boxes where anyone, including children, could pick them up. According to the USPS manual, it is against regulations to not take packages to the door. I have notified Greensburg post office August 4, 2011 and spoke to the delivery manager hoping that this problem will be solved.
