Pricing is nice. Complex manager is nice. The units? Garbage. Full buildings with bed bug infestations, some with reported spider infestations, a friend ended up with an inhaler due to mold issues. Itd be healthy for anyone to stay away.

This is by far the poorest managed apartment complex I've ever seen. Bed bug ridden units, crappy snow removal and they still allow tenants to smoke in their apartments probably causing the whole building health issues. I would stay as far away as humanely possible from this place as it is a terrible place to live. The apartments haven't been updated in decades and just a few years ago one caught fire because of a bad heating element embedded in the wooden ceilings.
