hey they get me where i need to be i don't know what i would do without them honestly,i only hope they are still up and running,last time i tried to call they were closed

Best service in town beats kokomo cab any day of the week...

this is not the first time I've had a bad experience with sunshine transportation today my daughter had an appointment in Indianapolis

I scheduled transportation when I was supposed to then was disgusted to hear of who was going to be handling my ride sunshine transportation I have had issues where it took 15 hours to go 40 mins away it took nine hours once both times im left in the waiting the frist time my doctors office closed kicking me out on the curb and I missed one when they didn't even show up now this morning I scheduled for 4 people me and my 3 kids when they showed up (late) the person they picked up before me brought on schedule people which made no room for me and my kids causing her to miss another appointment if you can avoid them avoid them like the plague

I'd say find someone else. I booked a transport a week in advance & the day before the appointment I was told they couldn't do it because the driver wanted to take a regular costumer to the VA. Who runs this Company ? the drivers or the people who take in the money. They left me without 24 hours to find new transportation . I also know the company uses the drivers own cars or van to make the runs. Which they don't carry the correct insurance to cover the private passenger .
