Provided by YP.comTerrell's is, hands down, the most honest, reliable auto mechanic to ever service my vehicles. They always go way beyond expectations. I have lost count of the numerous times these folks have completed work at no charge. Mark always advises me as if he was working on his own car. I won't go anywhere else for auto service.

Provided by YP.comMark Terrell has worked on my husband's classic car and our family car for years. We have always found he and his wife to be cordial and honest. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about all makes of cars. His specialty is classic cars. If you own a classic car, I would highly recommend Terrell's Auto Service. He always goes beyond what is expected. Once my husband installed a new instrument cluster in his classic car. The temp cable didn't install into the engine block. Mark searched his tool boxes and found an adapter that completed the installation of the temperature cable. We trust Terrell's with the family car and the classic car.

Provided by YP.comMark Terrell has worked on my cars for years. He is the best mechanic I have ever worked with. He goes beyond what I've expected on many occasions. I remember once he worked to remove a wheel cover so that I could have a tire replaced elsewhere. When asked how much I owed, he said I'll catch up later. He is honest and stands behind his work. I will have no other garage work on my cars. I hope he is in business for may years to come. I would give him 6 stars if that were possible. You can depend on Terrell's and the quality of his workmanship.

Provided by YP.comI have had a lot of work done by Mark (Terrell) on several different cars, and I have nothing but good things to say about his work.
He is honest, and will call you before starting something expensive. He doesn't try to "create" additional business. If Mark tells you something is wrong, or if something is OK now but will probably need replacing in a few months, you can bank on it.
That kind of honesty, combined with automotive know-how, is a real find in the auto repair biz, and I recommend Terrell's to everyone who is needing car work done.

Provided by YPmobileI've dealt with this business several times in the past. I've never had a chance to express my frustration until now. I've had two cars damaged while in the care of Terrell. The first time I was ignorant enough to believe him when he said he wasn't at fault or responsible since it was another costumer picking up his own vehicle. Still I ended up with what amounted to a hit and run. Then later I had a flasher replaced in my car. When I picked it up the whipper controls were hanging from the dash and broken. When confronted he said it was already like that. I told him absolutely not and that this is wrong. He turned his back and walked away. I called the next day to discuss it again and was cussed out by his wife. I was called a liar repeatedly as well. I contacted a lawyer who sent them a letter with no response. Then the lawyer said we can go to court but if this is a $15 part from a junk yard is it worth all this trouble. I was very busy and decided it wasn't. This business is dishonest in my opinion. I was a repeat customer who spent thousands over the years and they didn't care. I've had others describe their own stories with them but I'll leave that for them to write. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNLESS YOU WANT THE SAME TYPE OF TREATMENT.
