Repod my sons car dropped car off at bank in Alton, New Wave Towing stole my sons personal belongings from car & made him drive from Alton to Greenville to get his belongs they stole and charged him $75.00 for what they didn't keep for themselves back! BEWARE !!!!

Absolute trash that treat people disrespectfully, steal, and break the law. Reporting to states attorney general.

This is the worst excuse for a towing company I have ever done business with. Many obstacles to keep your vehicle longer than they should to rack up fees. Filed with the Illinois Attorney General's office. There hours of operation change from day to day whatever will make them the most money. Poor excuse for a business. Should not be allowed to have a business license in the state of Illinois and I will do my best to see that they don't

I wouldn't recommend this company to my dog. I don't know if the make a habit of tearing up peoples vehicles, but they tore up ours. they also tell people they have their personal items and then give you only the personal papers you had in your vehicle and not all of them at that with your license plate and then when you say something about they curse you make threats even if your visably disabled and tell you to get off their property.

Your drivers need to be taught not to park in handicap parking spots.
