I bought a Pomeranian in 2011 and he will be 7years old on January 6. He a great dog ever since I bought him Frm there never had any problems with any employees very nice and never had any problems with my Pomeranian he never got any sickness after I bought him.hes an sweet dog and listens very well.

Skulls Tropical Pet Store that used to be Anne's Pet Store, I have had a few people say that the store name is very disturbing and the large skull logo on the door. So much so that they will not go back. Other than that it is so much cleaner than the prior pet store and very nice people.

I think this is a great store, me and my grandson loved it.The lovely lady in charge was very very nice I would highley recommend this store.

Alright, you overly rumor-obsessed people. I have lived in Greenville my whole life, and Anne has supplied every single one of our puppies. Of course they weren't reeking of death. They are perfectly healthy little sweet puppies. And because of YOUR rumors and lies, I have lost my favorite store in the world. Shame on you. You were treated bad? I think YOU are being over dramatic. Or you were being annoying and unpleasant causing the upsetting behavior. Whoever posted that lying post about animals in cages being cruelty, what are they supposed to do? Let the animals run free? No. They would be hit in the highway by some little kid that, not knowing any better, held the door open. By the way, you, whoever you are, that posted that lie on Facebook that sent a successful business of 40 years bankrupt.....I have multiple lawyers in my family that would just love to tear you open in court. And don't think we can't.

My family and I went to the pet store just to look around. As soon as we entered the lady in charge seemed very angry. We asked her a question and she yelled and said "can't you read the sign?!" Horrible service. We continued looking in the store at all the animals with dumped food and dried out water with nasty cages. We felt so bad for all of the animals there. Nothing is clean in that store and the lady in charge is so rude and mean. The animals are not taken care of and the cages are way too small. I would not recommend this store to anyone unless you feel like getting yelled at and seeing poor animals in need of a good owner.

I would rather buy the pet so you could give them a good home wouldnt you insteadof letting them suffer??? HATERS!!!!

This "pet" store is disgusting!! Many of my friends have gone in here to purchase a pet, and many of their pets were dirty, flea ridden, or died within weeks. This place sickens me! Just recently some photos were taken by someone local depicting some puppies placed in a rodent cage! These cages are about the size you would put a rabbit in... NOT a dog! These animals do not get taken care of how they should. The place smells bad and is disgusting!

I have bought two puppy's there and BOTH were sick. The first, was my German Shepard, and we had to spend about 500.00 dollars to get him feeling well. The second puppy I bought there,(I know should have learned my lesson the first time :/ ) was a Pomeranian and the told us SHE was a boy. We had her about three days when she stopped eating, later on in the night she had a seizure so we rushed her to the animal hospital in Grand Rapids. They told us that her heart had stopped and had to perform CPR on her. Mind you, I had only had her a few days, and the time that I did have her she did nothing but sleep. We later found out, after biopsy, and test after test, that she had parvo, she had to be under 24 hour watch at the hospital and was there roughly two weeks. They had her on tube feeding and ivy's, slowly but surely she got better, after 7000.00 dollars.The vets at the hospital told us she shouldn't have made it, so since we had to change her name because she was a GIRL we named her hope. We are very happy that she is here with us and she is a wonderful addition to our family. I will never step another foot in Annes pet shop again.

My son and I were in there and there was fecies in the dog kennels. As we were walking through the store, there was a large trash basket, with no lid, and fecies sitting in it for everyone to see. My son could have easily grabbed it. The store has a terrible odor. This place should not be allowed to run this way.
