Anita answered the phone herself when I called her and told her about my husband's beloved sister in the hospital for weeks with a badly broken leg after a traumatic accident. We wanted the best she could make, something that would make our sister smile and know she was so special. Anita listened patiently while I poured out my concerns and she spoke to me twice. I just got an email from our sister with a note that said "these are the prettiest flowers we've ever seen." This was a vast improvement over calling a wire service and never speaking to the person making the flowers. Anita has a knack for listening and an art for presenting the best flowers in the colors you want. I am stunned by the reaction we got and wish I could hug Anita for putting her heart into her work.
