I went to get my oil changed and a slow leak on my tire checked out and it took an hour despite being the only customer in the shop that I could see. They fixed the leak but failed to properly screw on the tire. This could have caused serious harm to myself and others as well as with the vehicle and when confronted about the situation, that I had fixed at another service station, the only thing they said was sorry. They didn't even think it was worth refunding me $14.
