Provided by YPmobileI took my kids to this dentist several times, and I noticed the receptionist is always rude, but I ignored her because you can clearly see she has a drug addiction... I called to ask her a question and she went from 0 to 1000 with an attitude explaining to me everything unnecessary, I wanted a referral of a diagnosed problem for my kids to give to the orthodontist that would be actually taking care of their problems. She was very argumentive, telling me she doesn't want to argue, which I wasn't arguing, just trying to see if she was really being rude, I even went by to speak with dr. Winn himself and he was just as rude as her! As I walked out a patient walked out behind me and says yeah, they are very rude and unprofessional... So I know it's not me! But I'm not going to let it slide, I believe it's because they are all prejudice, and are all on some prescribed drugs and street drugs too. I wouldn't recommend any one human, to visit this slump! Rudeness is not tolerated by all, I am in the process of taking legal actions against these people!

Provided by YP.comI'm sure most of you have had toothaches. Wisdom teeth can hurt worse than child birth, right? When they flare up, you want them out asap. Even more so if you are like me and have Fibromyalgia, which intensifies all pain. So I just got off the phone with Dr. Hal Winn here in Greenville, Mississippi. I called, of course, to see about getting in to get my wisdom tooth pulled. I couldn't be seen today, but they would be there in the morning for emergencies. As much as I want this thing out today, I said okay to tomorrow. Then the girl goes into this spill about how if I didn't show tomorrow they would never see me again and that's their policy and I was like, okay and told her there was no way I was not *not* going to come. Then, as if this person knows me, she told me that I was sounding very "iffy" about coming and that their were many other people who would love to come tomorrow, etc. and so on and I was like, wait.. where is this coming from? I thought maybe I was sounding "iffy" because I really wanted the thing out today or maybe I just sound "offy" because I am in monster pain right now... Maybe a little of both. So I told her, "if I sound "iffy" it's only because I really wanted it out today and not because I don't want to come tomorrow."
Then she told me that back in April of (I don't remember what year), I had cancelled an appointment. I can't even comment on that because I don't remember it at all and I told her that. Well, she kept on and on about it. Finally I asked her what her problem was. I just couldn't understand her constantly going on with a patient like that unless she had a personal problem and I asked her what was wrong with her and she went postal really fast and told me to find another dentist and hung up on me. Who acts like that? Definitely not a professional.
So, I called back to get someone in charge on the phone and this woman who sounded older got on the phone and said she'd heard our conversation.. I corrected her. She heard the other girls end of the conversation, not mine and when I told the woman I had immediately taken the appt for tomorrow, she paused and was like, "you did?" I told her of course I did and that I didn't understand why this other girl started in on me about the consequences if I didn't show and just went on and on about it after I had taken the appt. So all was fine and I was going in tomorrow, then Dr. Winn got the phone from that woman and asked ME what the problem was. At that point there was no problem, but the girl with the problem apparently ran to him and told him there was... Yeah, for her there was a problem. Dr. Hal Winn talked to me like a dog based on whatever this girl told him. I told him I did not call there to argue with everyone on staff and that one girl had an obvious problem and now here he was instigating a problem with me himself based on this girl "thinking" I sounded "iffy" about coming tomorrow. I don't know what these people are into or what is up with Winn and this girl, I think her name was Brenda for him to get on the phone with any patient with the attitude he had and talk to someone who is in pain and just wanting it to end like he did, but I will never call there again and neither will anyone else I know. And I did inform the first girl of my disease, which causes the smallest pain to become chronic pain.
Actually, I'd been warned against going to him because he has been known to pull the wrong tooth.. One was a girl who was in to get a baby tooth pulled and he pulled one of her permanent teeth instead. It seems everyone there is unprofessional, incompetent and just plain rude. Except for the second lady I spoke too. The one Dr. Winn took the phone from to argue with me. So yeah.. I will stand by the warning I received about not dealing with them (along with other reviews I've been reading) and pass it on. My freaking head is spinning right now. Pay no attention to the one star. It gives no choice for no stars.
