Provided by YPmobileWorst experiance ever they set me up with a horrible unorganized bank. I have has the car for 2 weeks & have had nothing but phone calls from dealership & bank asking for more and more things don't they handle that before they give u a car? Don't waste your time dealing with these sorry people!!

Provided by YP.comI did not purchase a car from Brown and Wood, but am taking the time to write a review with a 5 star rating all the same. Chip Wall is an excellent person to deal with when looking for a new car. He is down to earth and does not pressure you at all. He listened to me and tried to find me a Mazda to meet my needs. Even though I chose a different car, my decision was not based upon anything other than features which, as I am older, met my needs better. The Mazda CX5 is a great car and Chip Wall will do everything he can to assist you in finding the right car for you. It truly bothers me that in the end I could not find a car at this dealership and give Chip my business. I highly recommend Chip and the dealership if you are looking for a car.

Provided by YP.comSalesmen can't keep their facts (or lack thereof) straight. Went in to look at particular car. Asked questions and then left. Came back the next day and lets go through what was done or said: ran my credit without my permission, said I had look at a car the night before and had never seen it, and finally, that a "new" car that was a demo model had much lower mileage than it really had. To then cap it off, salesmen doesn't return emails asking a few more questions.

Provided by YP.comI took my Cadillac CTS in because of a horrible sulphur smell. I assumed it was a bad battery which has a 6 year warranty and was only 2 1/2 years old. I was told, it's not the battery, it's the alternator and they wanted $820 to put a new one in. I said no and was charged $80 for their diagnoses. I go up to Advance Auto. The battery was the problem. I put a new battery in and they test the system and alternator was just fine. It's charging around 14.5 to 14.7 volt with the car running. I had just had Brown & Wood install a new DIM (dashboard integrated module) the week prior because of the security system issues and that's what they said it was. Now I'm second guessing that $500 is spent with them. The security system issues could have been caused by a low battery.

Provided by YP.comabsolutely disappointed!!! I had to place a call into the general manager before the service manager would call back,,,, there are other places to get service done, I would go to the other places.
