I discourage anyone from seeing Whit Covington. I have been seeing him since I ended an abusive relationship and have dealt with pain. He gave me medicine and we tried to see if it was just like a temporary pain. Eventually HE told me it was chronic. After all this time, around a week ago, he realized that he had been prescribing me toxic amounts of the pain medicine I had been taking for those years. He wanted to pin blame on me for it but he was never clear on directions so I just followed the bottle. So when they weren't filling it on time I took one Percocet from a year old prescription of mine, I don't like the way they make me feel but didn't want withdrawal. So he tested me and saw oxidant in my urine and the perc. He wouldn't believe me when I said I never altered my urine. I was wearing a dress there was no way. He called me a drug seeker and said I was probably not even in pain. He cut me off of medicine cold turkey so I've had bad withdrawal. I have never been so offended!

I am not thrilled with the time frame you get to actually see a doctor, the first visit I had to schedule an appointment took two weeks, just recently I had to make an appointment for 5 days after I called, this doesn't sit right with me, but the doctor I have does seem to do a good job, I still believe I will be looking for a different physician after this next visit

This is a Wonderful Doctors office, they do exactly what is needed and they don't leave you in the dark as to what you need to know. They are great. If you are looking for a great Doctors office then you should give this one a try.

I saw these folks for the first time recently for a problem cough. I had been to two other doctors previously for the same problem. The FNP there was first rate, he was concerned, asked questions and ultimately diagnosed the problem and presribed the proper medication to correct my problem. I would recommend them to anyone.
