Love visiting this shop! The knowledge the owner has or instruments is unreal. Some people have commented on gruff personality of the owner but honestly he is quite fun to talk with. A dry sense of humor that some may not appreciate.. I however really enjoy it. Thankful to have this place close to come.

I don't go anywhere else, Blaine is a good guy after you get past his rough exterior.

I have been buying from Blaine for many years now. He is very knowledgable and informative of any kind of stringed instrument. His inventory of quality instruments is the best around. It's nice to walk in a guitar shop and see good American made instruments. Anytime I'm in the market for a new guitar or banjo this is where I go. He also does you good when you want to trade up. I highly recommend Greenville Guitars to anyone wanting a good instrument and a knowledgeable person to help you with it.

The owner is very informative, and he knows a lot about guitars and history. his downfall, is he is very hard to deal with and is a royal pain. just asking a simple question can lead to trouble. he showed me a martin he paid 35,000 for. now anyone who spends that kind of money is a nutjob! anyway, he rants on how martin is the best guitar in the world. yes they are great. best in the world? thats just opinion. many great brands out there. and a puzzling response i always got when asking how good a guitar brand was,, he would say "made up name, doesnt exist, name another" what? just because there was no one named ibanez doesnt mean the company is no good, or made up. thats silly. just to let u see how silly this man is. go someplace else, this guy will annoy u fast.
