I recently rediscovered frozen yogurt. It's absolutely nothing like it was in the 90's. Thankfully! Some things definitely do get better with time! I love being able to sample everything before making a final bite. Those samples can be very satisfying in and of themselves!

Unfortunately this review is to inform potential customers of the negative experience I had at Loretta's yogurt shop. My name is Felicia and I visited the yogurt shop today I entered the shop and got my yogurt. When I got to the front of the store to purchase and weigh my container a sales associate asked me had I been in the establishment before. I answered her yes because I do frequent the shop( I had the punch cards to prove it.) At that point the sales associate told me that I was banned from your shop . I informed her that I had no idea of what she was talking about. She then asked me if I had a daughter. I informed her that I don't have any children. She then went on to tell me that she had previously called the police on me. I tried to explain to her that I had no idea what she was talking about and then I showed her my tattoos and asked her did said person have the same markings. (For a little clarification I have 5 extremely big and unique tattoos on my upper body.) she went on to tell me that said person did indeed have the same markings as I. That confirmation was absolutely ridiculous due to the fact that I have exstensive body art. At that point it was established that she was not going to serve me so I asked her could she please right down the owners name. She rudely gave me a card and kicked me out of the establishment and called the police. Being that I had nothing to fear because I was not the individual in question I went outside and called the police myself. I was informed by the police that she had the right to deny me service. So I sent my companion in to reason with her and get another business card or try to get the name and number of the owner. She was extremely rude to him and would not give him any additional information and also rudely ask him to exit the shop. At that point I saw the situation spiraling out of control so I made a judgement call and left.

The employee who I speak of was a very short Caucasian woman . With brown hair and maybe 160 to 180 pounds. I hate that I have to write this review However I feel I was treated poorly and discriminated against. To what extent I dear not speculate.
