If you expect anyone to answer your phone call in under an hour, or get a call back in less than 3 days, go elsewhere for help, because this facility is either woefully understaffed or woefully incompetent (both,in my experience) and no one demonstrates an interest in the patient. You will rarely see the same doctor twice, so don't waste your breath.
