Our staff includes a broad range of backgrounds and clinical experience. Our diversity allows us to closely match the individual needs of our clients to the skills of our counselors. Our licensed clinical staff is required to participate in professional development activities to remain current on recent professional advances. In addition, we provide one-on-one clinical supervision for our qualified professionals, associate and paraprofessionals regarding client progress. We also maintain open lines of communication with the social service departments and school systems we serve. We are happy to address the work of any member of our staff on a regular basis with concerned parties. The majority of our community support direct care staff are associate professionals with bachelor's degrees in the mental health field. In addition, many of our paraprofessionals are currently working toward college degrees. We provide our staff with a comprehensive training curriculum that covers state and federal requirements for our services, client rights and confidentiality, and mental health treatment theories that compliment our services. Our training curriculum also includes in-class behavior and the importance of working with school systems to maintain positive learning environments.
