If you have had any dealings with this dealer ship you had better check your wallet!!!! I had body work done to my wife's car totaling almost 10k dollars worth of repairs. To my dismay when I pick up the car the grill falls out in my hand. Had no engine coolant , and told to just put water in it. That may work in a Ford but not in a C350 Mercedes!!!! ( I drive a F550 for work everyday, I make money with my back, not behind a desk.)Upon further inspection we noticed that the "brand new bumper" was bottomed out and chipped and vandalism damage had been done to the vehicle. When I got the car home and had the insurance adjuster out to inspect; it was brought to my attention everything that they had done had to be redone because it was half crop job. They saw an opportunity for big dollars and botched this one!!! The hood, bumper and whole drivers side of the car had to be repainted!!! As agreed by Brian the collision center manager and William the GM; a rental car would be provided to make things right for the duration of the repairs and corrective repairs. Well now 7 months later I am still dealing with them because they are attempting to weasel their way out of the rental from enterprise. I have now been charged $795.49 from enterprise because they cant get the money from Hastings Ford. My advise to any and everyone is to STAY AWAY!!!!! Yes, they were as nice as can be when they didn't have my money yet but as soon as their is a problem everyone is out of the office or with a customer or on lunch or out in the shop or what ever other excuse they can make up to say ill have them call you back. But guess what no one ever calls!!!!! As well since the State Farm has had to call me to get a recorded statement because they say that Hastings Ford is stating that I requested the car be left outside the gate unprotected and that is why the vandalism shouldn't be their problem. Even though they have already admitted fault to me and paid the 250 $ deductible for the work to be done. Again these people are you typical used car dealers looking out for no one but their own pockets. All I have is my Name and my Word. What happened to the times when a mans word and a hand shake meant something?!?!?!? The 5 stars that this place has been receiving must be people from the dealership because I just don't believe the things these people are writing!!!

I bought my new F150 from Hastings Ford and I love it. It's the best new and used car dealership in greenville nc. They gave me special financing when others turned me down. thank you hastings ford

I am an ECU mom and I was stranded on the side of the road between washington and Greenville and I called the local ford dealer in washington and I called Hastings Ford. The Hastings Ford tow driver got there faster and he was 10 miles further away. They brought me in and fixed my Taurus' flat tire in record time. I would not go anywhere else. I am going to send my daughter by there soon to have her look at the new 2011 Fiesta. They have earned my business and trust.

I use to think I would never again by another American made vehicle, but since my Toyota has failed me I decided to try the Ford Taurus 2010. This car is head and shoulders above toyota honda volkswagen chevy Gm or any other brand. I found a new home with this dealership.

I had been dealing with other car dealerships in the Greenville Washington and Winterville area and was very unhappy with my experience. I then took my vehicle to local repair shops and found the quality of repairs and parts were not acceptable. Finally someone had mentioned they had a great experience at Hastings Ford, so I decided to give them a try. I have been to their Sales and Service department with my F-150 and I have been treated like royalty and the price was actually below what I had been paying at local repair shops. I actually love it that my wife can take her toyota camry to their shop and they service all makes and models. I am very difficult to please but they are definitely not your typical car dealership.

I am so glad I found a full service Car Dealership in Greenville. I have had a body shop, service, and sales experience with Hastings Ford and I will never anywhere else. They have made me a lifelong customer!
