Request info for condo. Very informative. The availability list of rental property was detailed and easily accessible.

I was looking for a place in the Greenville area to move, while I had been into several property management places, I had the best experience at Remco East. I'm assuming they must be under new management, and new employees now compared to the previous reviews. The receptionists up front were knowledgeable of their properties and had excellent customer service skills. I viewed a few different places, ALL of them were clean and presentable just not exactly what I was looking for with a family of 4. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to rent, go to Remco East. Just because there wasn't anything I was quite looking for doesn't mean there isn't something for someone else.

The receptionists are horrible. When i went in and was interested in an apartment they acted like i was bothering them. They really could care less what i wanted and here i was trying to give them my business. I went ahead and signed a contract for the place b/c i was so tired of looking (big mistake). Ever since then it has been nothing but problems. Place was dirty when i moved in. And i mean extremly dirty (food crumbs in kitchen, feces & mold growing in toilet, etc) I have yet to get the maintenance people out to my apartment to fix the problems that were there when i moved in. CANNOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP!!!

Very poor receptionist or I would no call her a sales agent because she was not helpful and did not care if she had something or not. Did not listen to what I needed onlyy cared about showing what I didnt want. Best of luck with staying in business!
