How do I find out how my case is progressin?. I have submitted my documentation indicating that I suffer from PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder} as well as GAD (Generalized anxiety disorder)

I contacted this law firm to handle my disability claim. their website clearly states they are one of the few law firms that will take a case all the way to the federal level, district court to get you the disability. Yet, I have been denied twice now. The juddge during the administrative hearing clearly made errors in saying CT scan were not presented to back my claim, yet, they were among other things. I informed my attorney David Lund with Ricci Law firm i wanted him to appeal to the appeals counsel , he did, they refused to review the request. I informed Mr. Lund With Ricci Law firm I wanted him to appeal to district court/federal level, it was CLEAR beyond doubt the judge erred in his findings. We have bonefide proof of my conditions yet, the judge failed to recognize them or give weight to the evidence/facts. Mr. Lund informed me, they do not handle cases when they go to the federal level yet, there website clearly says they do which is why i contacted them. If they believe in there clients, they should fight for them to the bitter end and not give up. Now, they have given up, costing me time and the unlikelihood another law firm will take my case to the federal level.
