Provided by YP.comThe manager there is just horrible. I bought my 2008 Chevy Cobalt LS there. When I prepared to sell it, the manager said twice that he would come out and appraise my car for me. This was in May, 2006. Then he began to say no. One time he said he was just way too busy and hung up on me. This man has horrible customer experience. I feel sorry for the people who are forced to work with him. Chris of Dave Knapp came out the same day that I called. Now that is customer service.

I purchased a used car from this dealer and in less than a month had a burned out headlight that had to be replaced. The total bill to replace one headlight was $155.26. The reason I bought this car in the first place was because my 2006 Malibu was killing me with repair costs. In one case, it was a faulty steering column that should be recalled because people have been killed after the steering went out. Chevrolet paid for the parts but I was still stuck with $120 in labor. Along with paying for parts and $61/hour labor, I also owed for shop supplies. Can't help wondering what kind of shop supply was used up in replacing a headlight. I won't go there for any reason again, and I wouldn't recommend it to others. I had my Ford Taurus for 12 years and have had more trouble with the Chevrolet cars I've bought in the last 2 1/2 years than I did with that.
