Not kid friendly, water is brown and smells bad, threatened with 3 day evictions that are taped to the door not handed to you for not having leaves raked and other stupid reasons. Kids are harassed by park mangers husband and late fees are outrageous no where for kids to play, women and kids are harassed by park managers husband I wouldn't recommend this park to anyone lot rent is outrageous. If you go to owner with concerns its unhandled and if u complain you get threatened with eviction ive got pictures of the water and my attorney has documents proving we were charged ungodly amounts of late fees

Nicer than others

My husband & I drove through it several times. The lots are well kept. Watch for some lots being bigger than others. Owners seemed to take pride in their gardening or landscaping. The only time we seen several people out was when the school bus showed up. The park seems bigger than most.

Safety: when the speed limit says 10 miles per hour they mean it & they know it (a man yelled at me!). Every lot has a lamp post in front and its 3/4 surrounded by farm fields, 1/4 a highway. The main entrance is camera guarded. Spoke w/ a couple people & they all mentioned feeling safe as one of their reasons for staying there.

Spoke with the manager inside- she's real informative & seemed to know everyone & every trailer.

The only thing I really had a problem with was the kooky names for streets: Little John, Robin Hood, Maid Mariann... yeah, all of Sherwood Forest is there. Your only a few minutes from Greenville by car but the road is a highway so if you go by bicycle you'll have a rough trip on St Rt 49.
