This place is terrible. My husband went in to get a flip phone and walked out spending over $350. We thought about it for a week and decided that we wanted to take the phone and everything else he got scammed into buying back. Laura Cooper was the sales lady. Well he was in there today trying to get a return and she was very short with him and said she could not help him because we did not have the beat up box that the phone came in. She didn't even ask why he wanted to return the phone. This lady was sooo nice when you're buying stuff but the minute you want to return it they wont help you. Please stay away from this store. Go to a corporate store. They will help you. This store will only rip you off and add a bunch of things to your bill that you don't want or need.

Don't get scammed

While the ladies working were nice, the service was lacking. They couldn't give a lot of information on the phones, specs and such. That wasn't the problem. I was forced to spend $200 on the insurance policy for the phone. I told the Manager I didn't want insurance on it and even if I did, I didn't understand why I had to pay it in full up front. She told me it was not an option, and I couldn't pay in monthly on my bill. She told me that you have to have insurance on all devices to deter people from re-selling their phones. I wasn't really believing her but she kept saying it wasn't an option so I paid the $200. I then went to a different Verizon retailer and I also contacted Verizon customer service and they both told me that I was given false information and insurance is not mandatory and if I did want it, I could pay it monthly. So I urge you, know the facts before you go in, don't get scammed.
