Excellent service.. great follow up.. needed minor adjustments to my new plate.. no issues..

Poor customer service. We were advised to come in the office before 10:00AM, no appointment required.

However, upon arriving at the office before 10:00AM expecting to have repair work performed the office manager said that it could not be done without even looking at the denture.

Upon seeing the damage she said it could not be done.

We were going to get a new upper and pay with cash. Another curve ball. We would have to come back Monday to pick them up.

Very sad office.

I take my mom like 6 years a go,and was great you replace de complete set ,the same day in only few hours. I think I'm ready to go for myself.
