Dear Phil,
When meeting with you and your application technician, Jackson, I was impressed with you both on your knowledge of my moisture problem and how to correct it. Being in sales of waterproofing and construction materials for over 30 years I was particularly impressed with Jackson, a young man, who never hesitated to jump in the conversation and explain in specific detail on how the procedure would work and correct my problem.
Work started the following week. Jackson arrived and detailed exactly what he hoped to accomplish over the next two to three days. Each day he explained what he was doing, what he hoped to achieve that day and what effect it would have on resolving my problem. He listened to my concerns and did his job professionally.
Phil, as you know, you have an intelligent and hardworking employee and asset in Jackson. He is good!
Once the ground barrier was in place, the vents were closed and sealed and the dehumidifier was started the humidity in the crawl space dropped from 89% to 65% in only a few hours. The following morning I was surprised and elated to see the 47% on the digital read out. Now, some four weeks later the humidity has leveled at the 45-55% as projected!
You gave a reasonable price for the work that really needed to be done, unlike others that tried to over sell much that was not necessary resulting in over twice your price.
Phil I recommend you, American Exterminating & Moisture Control as well as Jackson to anyone with moisture problems.
