Provided by YP.comhave had to call customer service multiple times with help with my order and hours for covid, each time they were super helpful and seemed like they knew what they were doing. The guy who helped me on the floor was also very nice, he didn't try to push me into buying anything else, just helped me place my order in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend him to a friend. His name was Calvin I believe.

Provided by YP.comI honestly don't know why any one would buy furniture from this store. Their mark ups are outrageous. You can go to other stores and purchase Ashley brand furniture for much less. And I mean a LOT less. I don't understand their pricing strategy unless they are depending on an uninformed customer blindly over paying for their furniture.

Provided by YP.comMy wife, daughter and myself entered this store on a Friday night about 6 pm or so. As soon as we walked in, a sales associate began walking up. However, instead of greeting us, he greeted the two girls behind us, dressed in more revealing clothing. My wife and i were dressed in professional attire and he walked up to them and asked if he could help them. maybe it was the clothes or perhaps it was because we were caucasian and they were african american. id hope that would never be a reason to walk past a set of customers and greet the next customers unless its a new policy at this store... My wife and I dismissed it, as we wanted to shop for bedroom furniture for our daughter. We walked through the store, passing several associates, none of which offered any help, just playing on phones or chitchatting with each other. We finally found the small kids section and spent 15 or so minutes looking at the display models. All the while, not once being acknowledged by a single associate, even when three walked past us. The only acknowledgement was from what seemed to be a manager that walked up, looked us up and down before rolling her eyes and walking off. We finally had enough and began to leave and noticed that a group of six or seven of their employees were in a circle in the middle of the store, joking around or playing on phones instead of assisting customers. Needless to say, we won't be back. Our experiences at Rooms To Go has been sooooo much better. We were greeted at the door and helped in any way we needed. Naturally, I spent my money there instead. Long story short, don't waste your time here. Customer service was crap and half the floor models seemed to have alignment issues with their drawers. Our furniture from rooms to go is better as was our experience in the store.
