Absolutely worst experience I have ever had at a Bellacinos Franchise! I will not be back to this location and would recommend other to avoid it for their time and their health. I was in there today with my wife, Ordered two 18 inch grinders to go, sat down in a booth for 10 min w/ my wife while waiting. 25 minutes until food was done because they were talking and not making the food, about 8 customers in restaurant and we were the only order. Foods ready to be removed, woman goes to sink and turns on water, doesn't use soap, Drys hands with paper towel, Takes trays out of oven, wipes her face with her hand. Grabs my lettuce and begins spreading it across my grinder, Reaches up and adjusts her hair. Wife asks if employees working w/ food are required to wear gloves. Girl at register says yes, looks back and then says they wash their hands. Clearly she seen that she wasn't. Wife asks if they use soap, she says yes. Clearly she didn't. We threw it away outside and very displeased.
