May not look all pretty but the food is AMAZING!!!!!

I love this restaurant!!! I eat there all the time and love the staff and food! I object to blossom's review because when any restaurant hires new people or operates on a daily basis someone's order or something might go wrong. Bikas is ALWAYS happy to help or correct that's just the kind of business they are. BUT they also have to be smart in this day and time people complain just to get a free meal ticket and other restaurants have made it able to happen. So if something is wrong or u are not happy bring it back and they would and will fix it for you! It's just not smart business to offer free everything for a mistake. How many times have you been to mcdonalds or bk and they have messed your food up, yet you dont even worry about it because that's expected and you continue to revisit them happily.So knowing the restaurant and people there I would have to say they would have happily fixed you a whole new plate. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone it is GREAT food, GREAT people, and GREAT service!!! They recently did some remodeling inside and it looks great. They also added a few new menu items! EVERYONE go and check them out. You will not be sorry!!

In the current economic times when gas prices are soaring, and restaurants are closing left and right, you would expect that a restaurant would try to keep its customers happy, and coming back for more. I just visited the Bikas Drive In on my lunch hour, got back to work with my food, and opened it to discover they had given me the wrong order. I called the restaurant and told them what had happened and was asked if I wanted to come back, and I replied "No". They person I spoke with then told me he was sorry that they had messed up my order. I asked if that was all he was offering was an apology, and he said, "Well, you don't want to come back." So I did go back - and got my money back. I will not be returning again. Bikas Family Restaurant has a lot to learn about customer service and keeping the customer happy.
